Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on NurseCircle (a post, comment, message, image, or voice post) infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated contact with all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, a link or where it appears in the app).
  4. Your contact information — name, address, phone, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Send your notice to info@nursecircleapp.com (subject line: "DMCA Notice").

2

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same contact including: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, phone, and consent to jurisdiction as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Where the law provides, we may restore the material 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the original complainant files a court action.

3

Repeat infringers

We may remove infringing content and, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights.

4

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages. Please do not submit false claims.

5

Designated agent

DMCA notices should be sent to info@nursecircleapp.com (subject "DMCA Notice"). NurseCircle is registering a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office; the registered agent's details will appear here and in the Copyright Office directory once registration is complete. For other content concerns — patient information, harassment, or non-consensual intimate images — see our Safety & Removal options and the in-app report tools.
