Report a Non-Consensual Intimate Image

If an intimate image or video of you (or someone you're authorized to represent) has been shared on NurseCircle without consent, you can ask us to remove it — you do not need a NurseCircle account. We act on valid requests as quickly as possible and, consistent with the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act, within 48 hours of a valid request.

Who can request removal

The person depicted in the intimate image, or someone authorized to act on their behalf (such as a parent, guardian, or legal representative). You do not need to be a NurseCircle user.

What to include in your request

Email info@nursecircleapp.com with the subject "Intimate Image Removal Request" and include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name in the email is fine).
  2. Enough information to find the image or video — where it appears in NurseCircle (a link, username, or description).
  3. A brief statement, in good faith, that the intimate image was shared without your consent (or the consent of the person you represent).
  4. Contact information so we can reach you about the request.
  5. If you are submitting on someone's behalf, a note describing your authority to do so.

Please do not attach the intimate image itself. Describing where it appears is enough for us to locate and remove it. We keep only the minimum information needed to act on your request.

What we do

When we receive a valid request, we remove the reported intimate image and make reasonable efforts to remove known identical copies, as quickly as possible and within 48 hours. We may take steps to confirm the request is legitimate and to prevent abuse of this process. Serious matters may be escalated to law enforcement where appropriate.
